Publications

This new edition of the previously unpublished short story, ‘A funcionaria’, by Manuel Lugrís Freire, has been created as part of the University of A Coruña’s contribution to the 2006 Galician Literature Day celebrations in honour of the author, his commitment to the Galician language and his defence and promotion of Galician national identity.

The volume includes a facsimile of the story manuscript, together with a sensitively revised edition of the text (with minor corrections and adjustments to spelling), and an introductory study by the editor, Teresa López.
